Deleting your data
The Djelify service is not open yet. This page describes what will apply once you have a Djelify account, in particular when you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account to it.
Djelify is a service published by LYNORIC SARL. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, without having to give a reason.
Requesting deletion
Write to contact@djelify.com and include:
- the email address of your Djelify account;
- where applicable, the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected.
To prevent someone else from having your data deleted in your place, we may ask you to confirm the request from your account’s email address.
What is deleted
- your account;
- your organizations;
- your products, with their product sheets, photos and visual identities;
- your content: texts, visuals and scheduled posts;
- Djelify’s access to your social networks: the Facebook and Instagram access tokens are revoked with Meta, then erased from our systems. Djelify can then no longer read or publish anything on your behalf.
The pages and screenshots of your website that Djelify reads to prepare a product sheet are, in any case, deleted automatically after 30 days.
What is kept, and why
- Invoices and accounting records, for the retention period required by accounting law. They contain only what is needed for billing.
- Security logs (sign-ins, sensitive actions), for one year at most, to detect and prove fraudulent use. They are then erased.
This information serves no other purpose and is never reused to contact you.
Timeframe
Deletion is completed within 30 days at most of your request. We write to you to confirm it is done.
Removing Djelify’s access directly in Facebook and Instagram
You can also remove Djelify’s access yourself, without writing to us:
- Facebook: open “Settings & privacy”, then “Settings”, then “Apps and websites”. Choose Djelify, then “Remove”.
- Instagram: open settings, then “Apps and websites”. Choose Djelify, then “Remove”.
The exact menu names may vary with the app version. Removing access stops Djelify from reading or publishing anything, but does not delete the data already stored with us: for that, write to us as described above.
Your rights
Under Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@djelify.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the Côte d’Ivoire telecommunications and ICT regulator (ARTCI).
