Purpose of the service
Djelify will help you launch and promote a product. From a link, a description or photos, it will prepare a product sheet, a visual identity, a landing page, visuals and social media posts. Nothing will be published without your approval.
Account and organization
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the security of your access: keep your password to yourself; we recommend turning on two-step verification. Tell us right away at contact@djelify.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
- The owner of an organization is responsible for the people they invite, the rights they give them and what is done in it.
AI-prepared content
- The texts, visuals and posts prepared by Djelify are proposals. They may contain mistakes: review them before approving them.
- You remain responsible for what you approve and publish.
- Djelify makes up neither prices nor testimonials: a price missing from your sources is not added, and a testimonial is only used if you provided it, with the consent of the person concerned. A claim (health, “organic”, “100% natural”…) is only used after you confirm it.
Prohibited or restricted products
- Every product is classified under a publishing policy that will be published before the service opens. Some products cannot be published by Djelify at all (for example weapons, drugs or counterfeits); others will be subject to restrictions.
- Djelify may refuse to publish content, and suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms (fraud, illegal content, deception).
- You will be able to appeal a classification decision, once per decision, by giving your reason: it will be reviewed by a person from the Djelify team.
Connecting social networks
- Nothing will be published without your consent: either you approve each post, or you turn on autopilot yourself, which notifies you before each post and lets you cancel it. You can turn it off at any time.
- Posts must follow the rules of each social network, in addition to these terms.
- You can remove Djelify’s access to your accounts at any time: see Deleting your data.
Credits and payment
Some actions will use credits. Prices, refund rules and the validity period of credits will be set out in pricing terms published before the service opens.
Ownership
- You keep all your rights to your content, your products and your brands.
- You grant LYNORIC SARL a limited license to this content, only for the time and to the extent needed to provide the service (analyzing it, preparing your content, publishing it when you have decided to). This license ends when your content or your account is deleted.
- The Djelify name, its software and its graphic elements belong to LYNORIC SARL.
Liability and availability
- LYNORIC SARL will do its best for the service to work properly and without interruption, but cannot guarantee absolute availability: maintenance and outages of a provider or a social network may interrupt it.
- LYNORIC SARL is not responsible for the business results obtained with the service, nor for decisions taken by social networks about your accounts or posts.
- Nothing in these terms limits the liability of LYNORIC SARL beyond what the law allows, nor your rights as a consumer.
Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy, in accordance with Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Any significant change will be announced to you by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you can delete your account before that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Ivorian law and OHADA law. In the event of a disagreement, we will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Côte d’Ivoire.
